FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Website design for restaurants and cafes

Help guests find the menu, opening hours and the right way to order or visit. Create a mobile website around how your restaurant actually serves people.

Put the menu where guests can read it

Use clear categories, readable dish names and prices you can keep current. Supply descriptions and dietary information you can verify. A separate menu page can help with a larger selection; a small cafe may need a simpler structure.

Explain how to order

Make your current ordering method easy to find: a phone call, a link to an existing platform or a visit to the venue. TACO LUMA demonstrates phone ordering for pickup or delivery. Put the contact action beside the menu and add the practical details guests need to place an order.

Use photographs with a purpose

Food images help someone understand the menu, while venue photos can explain the setting. Provide real photography where possible. Illustrative or AI-generated images must not misrepresent the products you sell. Video is optional and its scope is agreed separately.

Choose the right size of website

TACO LUMA's comparable scope is $499: the $399 website, including its separate menu page, plus $100 for three video clips edited into one homepage video with color correction. A simpler restaurant site can use a smaller agreed package. Domain costs and paid ordering providers are separate. Optional $99 care includes hosting for six months.

For a food truck, show the next stop

A food truck needs its current menu and a dated weekly schedule, with the next public stop easy to find. Mark private events, closed days and cancellations clearly. Keep the phone or catering enquiry beside the information it relates to.

Our food truck website guide includes fictional schedule and menu examples. TACO LUMA below demonstrates a restaurant menu and phone ordering; it is a restaurant concept, so it does not demonstrate a working truck schedule.
